FEATURES
- 4 IGBT modules have totally 8 nos of IGBT’s rating @ 1200V/75A to form 3Φ VSI

8 Nos of high speed IGBT driver with isolation
- Diode bridge rectifier 60A 1200V with filter capacitor provided for DC-rail voltage upto 900V
- FRC connectors are provided for IGBT Gate PWM Inputs (For Interfacing with different Controller)
- 5 nos of Hall Effect Current Sensors and one no of Voltage Sensor is provided to sense the DC link current, 3Φ output current and DC link voltage
- Separate 230V AC Input for driver Circuit ±15V DC for control Circuits
- 3 pole MCB is provided for Input Power ON/OFF
- Inverter Output terminated by Banana Socket in the front panel
- All PWM, Current, Voltage signals are provided in the front panel for testing purpose
- Short circuit, over voltage and over current protections are available
- These protections are indicated by the protection LED
- Voltmeter is provide to indicate the DC voltage
- Reset switch is provide for reset the TRIP function
